After having worked in the fields of Education, Counseling, Health and Small Business Owner... now... finally… I am pursuing my dream of 'doing Art', the thing I have always done, but on a part time, catch-the-moment basis.

My passion lies in creating with color through the use of glass and handmade paper,

acrylics and enamels. These media are currently my emphasis and bring me great joy

and satisfaction. My delight in working with glass has grown to making jewelry with

dichroic glass and Precious Metal Clay. I am always in awe of the limitless possibilities

of blending colors and using a variety of media with the end result being a truly unique piece.

Whether I am creating jewelry from glass and Precious Metal Clay,

a dimensional piece of deco art glass or working on a mixed media painting,

I find great joy and satisfaction in being in the ‘zone'. Creating is an important and essential part of my life.

I joined Art on South Main Cooperative Gallery in June of 2007 and enjoy immensely the contact

with other artists through the gallery, as well as being back in contact with the customers while I work at the Gallery.
